The role

You're an independent B2B Strategic Partner, fractional BD manager, or high-ticket closer who owns our entire sales funnel — from the first cold outreach to a closed contract to a long-term support plan. Pure revenue-share, designed for sustained income.

Lotus Creations is a design/UI/UX-centric development partner. We deliver high-end custom web infrastructure (USD $20,000–$40,000 projects) that translates design intent into pixel-accurate, on-brand production code.

You control the pipeline, lead the contract negotiations, and run the outreach strategy. We handle world-class technical execution — and we'll build any development assets your strategy needs (lead magnets, landing pages, comparison pages) at no cost to you. Bring us strategies that need development; we'll execute.

Who you'll sell to

• Small branding agencies (under 10) — design-led but code-light; they win branding work for clients who then need pixel-accurate web builds.
• SEO/SEM marketing agencies (under 10) — managing client sites that are slow or outdated; they need a dev partner to redesign legacy sites and recover Core Web Vitals.
• Startups (under 10) — need MVPs, Proof of Concepts, or custom Shopify / WordPress ecosystems.
• Established businesses with Web 1.0-era sites — old, non-responsive sites that need modernization. No team-size constraint.

Compensation

Two phases. You earn on verified outreach that converts, and on closed deals.

Lead quality

Every lead passes BANT qualification (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). A Lotus Creations representative joins every discovery call — you lead, we support technical questions and verify the lead is genuine.

• All calls recorded with the lead's consent.
• Fraudulent leads trigger commission clawback.
• Same contact can't be re-submitted within 180 days.

What we're looking for

• Existing network of agency owners, startup founders, or established business owners — or the ability to break in fast.
• Deep familiarity with at least one of our six specializations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing B2B lead funnels.
• Cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting track record — multi-touch sequences that book real calls.
• Proven expertise in high-ticket B2B sales.
• Strong written communication — your outreach strategy and pitch angles are critical written deliverables.
